Hey there! We’re Scott & Robert, the heart and soul behind The Reiki Duo. Our journey into Reiki started back in 2018 when we stumbled upon a spiritual fayre at a hotel in Dumbarton. Little did we know that day would change our lives! Among the many wonderful stalls, we met a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master offering healing sessions. Neither of us had ever experienced Reiki before, but something about it just felt right—so we booked in. The experience was nothing short of incredible, and from that moment, we were hooked!

Fast forward a couple of years, and that very same Reiki Master became our teacher and mentor. We couldn't have asked for a better guide on this journey. In Spring 2024, Robert completed his Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki II, and Scott completed Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I before recently leveling up to Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki II—making us both fully qualified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Practitioners.

We’ve always believed in the power of healing, but we never planned to turn Reiki into a business. Initially, we just wanted to learn Reiki for self-healing and to help each other, along with close friends and family. But as we started offering sessions to loved ones, the feedback was incredible! Seeing the positive impact Reiki had on others, we knew we had to share this gift with more people. And just like that, The Reiki Duo was born.

We understand that more and more people are turning to holistic healing as part of their wellness journey. While Reiki is a powerful and beautiful practice, we always remind our clients that we’re not medical professionals. Reiki is not a replacement for conventional treatments, but rather a complementary practice that works beautifully alongside other therapies.

At the core of our business is a simple mission: to serve and to heal. We know there are so many people out there who could benefit from Reiki, and if we can bring even a little bit of peace, relaxation, and balance into your life, then we’re doing exactly what we were meant to do.
